Todd Boehlje

Todd Boehlje is committed to improving the lives of St. Louisans by helping them navigate through our complicated legal system to reach a fair and just resolution of their claims. My wife and I have called the City of St. Louis our home for over 25 years. We are raising our family here and our 3 boys have attended the St. Louis Public Schools.

I have been practicing law since 1996 and have spent my entire career representing clients in cases involving automobile accidents, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability and product liability. In an effort to provide as many services as possible, I also consult with clients on probate and business-related matters.

No amount of money can take away the pain, stress and inconvenience of being injured. However, getting a settlement check from an insurance company is an acknowledgment to the client of responsibility for the injury. In addition, it provides some financial stability. Nothing brings me more satisfaction than being able to hand a settlement check to an injured client at the end of a case.

We recently helped the family of a victim of medical malpractice obtain justice and compensation for the death of their loved one. It was a complicated case involving a mountain of documents and hundreds of hours of work. We traveled thousands of miles to confront the doctor responsible for the mistake and persevered against an insurance company with very deep pockets that spared no expense in defending the claim. Ultimately, we were able to win a large settlement for our clients. The experience we gained in staring the insurance company down and prevailing was incredibly valuable.
